First post, brief introduce myself

Hello. I am Laikhan from in Mongolian. I am student of  IMBA department  the NFKUST in Taiwan from on September. Taiwan is totally different my motherland, especially weather, people personality, is goo environment . Before i have at least 6 years experience such as marketing advertisement designer and two year i have work marketing manager in retail chain company. I like movie very much and recent few days i starting like to watch the Apprentice UK TV show UK.  It is very interesting related my major also i need to improve my English. Actually before i studied English at university 3 years. 
But unfortunately i was very lazy , my mind is just going to other place , which is i was  interesting and trying to learning the graphic programs. 
By the way last 4 month i have trying to improve English. Still i can't understand the Professor's lecture and can't catch up main meaning from books. My part of way study the  English. 
Who is wants to improve English join me and help me.Thank you.
I have a dream. i can do it.

Final exams coming ,i so stressed

Next weekend i have 4 exam such as Supply chain management, International business and Chinese beginner class and Research method. I afraid to loose my scholarship and  because it is depends in my English level. I came to Taiwan from September , totally four month i studying here and still my English is didn't improve ,i worry in my listening, talking , writing , translating skills. I f i have ability in enough to understand every Professor's lecture and presentation , book, i don't care my mind, because i am not lazy and foolish a student , i have a working experiences related business management. Those four month i just got cheat to professor and since from on September still i have using a wrong way such as  "copy to paste " this mean is if i need to write paper work ,  i would found paper from online and just copy to my paper work and change to articles and contents. In this case i wanted to learn about the problem of development of the Supply Chain differences  and especially what’s  collaboration, integrated value and integrated Supply chain. Because in my opinion Mongolian trade market has a huge judgment  and i took an example of Supply Chain of Mongolian red meat market and i write about more details in Supply chain management class.
